As a group manager (m/w/d), you take over the team's technical and disciplinary leadership and actively shape its strategic development You continuously develop the group's activity profile and establish the team as competent service providers in the after-sales sector A key focus of your activity is to increase the quality of existing and new material master files in order to support the further development and implementation of automation solutions in the environment of the Automated Supply Chain and the Webshop. In addition, you identify optimization potentials within the task area, develop suitable solutions together with your team and drive their implementation forward Your tasks include the preparation, coordination and implementation of improvement measures in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders. As a Sparring Partner, you will assist project managers in the areas of spare parts storage and digitization and support them in specialist issues A close coordination with other departments and departments is part of your responsibility as well as communication with internal contacts within KNDS and, if necessary, with external partners The promotion and further development of your employees is of course an important basis for the long-term success of the team.
