The WABE-Kita Parkstadt is a small paradise in Pinneberg with beautiful outdoor area, with chickens and fresh eggs. The rooms in our kitas are creative and learning landscapes for children and offer pedagogical professionals the opportunity to fully develop their ideas and potential. You can also support the team as an educator with 25 hours a week. At 15 hours, You take over the deputy direction of the institution, support the administrative tasks of the Kitalltag and actively take over the education and care of 100 of our children. Together with the management, you will ensure a partnership with parents. The “Open Pedagogy of Mindfulness” is the cornerstone of our work and corresponds to our approaches to the development of children. Self-perception, self-determination, self-confidence and self-responsibility are the focus.
