Your duties Professional entry to plan: In our 18-month rotation program, you will get to know the TRUMPF Group in Germany and abroad. Create your personal career path at TRUMPF by 3 different project-related operations and then start in your takeover station

You will receive insights into the classic HR services, human resources development, HR control but also in Culture & Labour and HR-IT

Enter your ideas by analyzing current HR trends. Here you take over the project responsibility in HR digitization projects, up to the global roll-out

We will never leave you alone with your questions, because during the program you will be accompanied by an experienced mentor and a HR contact partner

From the start, you are part of the team and regularly participate in training, workshops and hospitations

What we are looking for Very good Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Innovation Management, Business Informatics or another business-oriented degree program with HR and IT affinity

Happy first international experience through a stay abroad

Relevant practical experience in HR (e.g. internships, student work, thesis, etc.)

Communication-strong team player in German and English who wants to closely track and implement the digital transformation in the HR environment

A sovereign personality that independently drives themes and also approaches difficult facts methodically
