Head and organisation of the Central Workshop Elektro incl. professional and organizational responsibility Planning, coordination and monitoring of tasks, construction sites and projects (maintenance, new building, facility management) active participation in ongoing projects and support of the team in the daily business Support, guidance and further development of our trainees Electronics Engineers (w/m/d) Initiating and accompanying procurement processes (tools, materials, spare parts) Communication and coordination with internal departments, clients and partners Takeover of the function of the responsible electrical power for the area of competence Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, standards and regulations inventory, evaluation and documentation of existing plants

completed training as an electrical specialist with master's degree in electrical engineering multi-year professional experience in energy and building technology, ideally also PV and Smart Home Experience in employee management and training safe handling of MS Office and willingness to work in planning/signing software independent, structured and targeted working with high team and communication skills good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B licence required
