Your duties Consulting and support for customers in real estate transactions - from initial contact to key transfer Acquisition of new customers and build up their own network Assessment of real estate and creation of Exposés Implementation of object visits, negotiation and conclusion of contracts Market observation and analysis of trends

Your profile You ideally have a successfully completed training to the real estate businessman/wife, to the real estate agent/in or an equivalent qualification. You have already gained first experience in the placement of residential and commercial objects as well as building plots. You are characterized by negotiation skills and communication strength. You are empathic, are happy to work in the team and bring a high degree of initiative. You have very good market knowledge in town and district of Fulda.
