Reading and understanding of technical drawings and welding plans Selection of suitable welding processes (e.g. MAG, WIG, E-Hand) and materials Preparation of the workpieces (e.g. cleaning, tearing, assembly). Setting of welding equipment and welding parameters. Conducting welds according to the specifications. stapling and welding of components, constructions and pipes. Processing of various materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Quality control and post-processing inspection of welding seams for quality, dimensional accuracy and tightness. After machining the welds (e.g. grinding, brushing or polishing). replacement of wear parts (e.g. wire feed rollers, gas nozzles).

Experiences in all common welding processes (e.g. MAG, WIG, E-Hand) Handling different materials: experience in welding construction steel, stainless steel, aluminum or other special materials. Reading technical documents: routine in reading and implementing welding and technical drawings. Experience in the handling of tools: routine in the operation of tools for the preparation and reworking of welding work (e.g. torch cutter, angle grinder).
