In the Marketing Excellence team, you significantly shape the external appearance of NOVENTI and pursue our commitment to quality leadership with the aim of making our customers a fan. In this role you work closely with the management of creation and digital. Your focus is on thinking, implementing and developing content and campaigns creatively – with a very good sense of brand, target groups and effect. You work hands-on, use modern tools of course and enjoy using digital solutions and AI in marketing

The development and implementation of content for website, landing pages, social media and newsletters are your core area. Text, image and video content You create creative ideas in digital campaigns, such as landing pages, social ads, white papers or newsletter streams. The maintenance and further development of content in our CMS systems (Typo3 and OnePage) is also your responsibility. In our newsletter tools (Brevo and Salesforce Marketing Cloud), you are implementing Mailings. You support the analysis of marketing measures using common analysis and tracking tools. You use AI tools to create content, optimize and develop ideas. You work closely with internal departments and external partners.

A completed degree in the field of marketing, communication, media design or a comparable qualification forms your technical basis. You have already gained first practical experience in the marketing, content or communication environment. With the Adobe Creative Cloud you are sure to go around and have a very good sense of language, image, storytelling and branding. Digital topics inspire you, new tools you like to try and AI in marketing you see as a chance. Ideally, you bring first experience with the following tools: CMS systems, newsletter tools as well as analysis or tracking tools. Video or Motion Design knowledge is a plus. A structured way of working, hand-on mentality and team spirit complete your profile.
