Construction and development of a competence center for robotics and automation in the Components division Identification, assessment and prioritization of use cases for robotics (including humanoid robotics) and automation along the value chain and logistics Responsibility for the end-to-end implementation of selected use cases - from conception to scaling Implementation of economic analysis (business cases, ROI assessments) Close cooperation with production plants, engineering, IT and external technology partners Market and technology radar in the field of robotics, in particular humanoid systems and AI-based automation Development of standards, methods and best practices for the sustainable anchoring of robotics solutions Coaching and empowering the works for the independent implementation of automation solutions and the transfer to regular operation

Complete Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Economic Engineering or Similar Study Course Multiannual professional experience in the field of robotics and/or automation technology Sufficient abilities in OT/IT architecture, machine connection (S7, OPC-UA, MQTT, REST, Modbus, Kepware etc.) and data architecture (UNS, Data Lake, etc.) Experiences with OPC-UA, MQTT, Azure, Infor LN, Grafana, Python, SQL, Node-RED, APIs, Docker and/or Git Good knowledge of MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English Exaggerating personality, pronounced, analytical thinking, communication skills and implementation strength Team skills and initiative National/International readiness (10-25%)
