Professional leadership of a dedicated team (up to 10 people) in the night shift

Optimization of processes and workflows - Your use makes the difference

Introducing new colleagues and active team integration

Planning and organisation of personnel, in coordination with the shift management, for a smooth operation

Control of the discharge of bulk material with mobile data detection devices (MDE) and industrial trucks

Ensuring proper storage and compliance with ADR requirements

Responsibility for efficient land use, short service life and high quality

Praktikant (m/w/d), Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik (m/w/d) or comparable professional experience in a forwarding, ideally with practical knowledge in the transfer warehouse

First leadership experience of advantage

Experience in handling industrial trucks, in particular quick-runners

Good knowledge of German in word and writing

Self-employed and structured work

High loadability as well as pronounced motivation and communication skills
