Your tasks:

• Order processing for returns, repairs and complaints
• Processing of requests/orders
• Examination of prices, conditions and costs and clarification of technical, logistical and commercial settlement details
• Enquiry and problems
• Creation of external customer accounts and credits
• Monitoring payment transactions

Your qualification:

• Completed commercial training
• First professional experience in a comparable position
• English Basic knowledge
• good MS Office knowledge
• Team skills and customer orientation
