As a foreman ammunition production (m/w/d), you have the unique opportunity to contribute to the construction of the Lower Saxony artillery plant in Unterlüß. Support of the Master Level in Laboratory/Munitions Production personnel and machine deployment planning in continuous coordination with the MRP Coordination of measures in production disorders Working with the creation of layer plans for a 3-layer production Examination of the BDE-time feedback, if necessary Consultation with employees and correction Support for work preparation in the design of work plans Implementation of 5S and CVP measures Identification and implementation of process improvements

Complete technical training First leadership experience desirable Explosive certificate §20 of advantage At least 5 years of professional experience ideally focusing on explosives Experienced handling of MS Office products such as Word or Excel as well as SAP knowledge Committed as well as high sense of responsibility and quality Ready to use in multilayer operation
