As an experienced HR Business Partner, you are contact persons and business partners of our executives in all strategic, operational and labour law issues

From onboarding to offboarding, you can control the entire Employee Life Cycle together with the other HR disciplines Recruiting, HR Service and HR Development

In case of changes, you are a reliable consultant to the management

You actively work with HR concepts and projects and design HR processes that drive the further development of personnel work

You work constructively and trustfully with our works councils in operational co-determination topics

You have an economic study with a focus on staff or a comparable study

You provide several years of professional experience in the HR sector; ideally in a manufacturing company

Your good knowledge of the right to work, tariffs and business constitutions are set daily
