Control, development and optimization of processes responsible for department III Modelling and implementation of department III process map with the help of BPMN software Quality Assurance Support for Compliance and Ensuring Internal Standards Moderation and accompanying workshops in internal process management Participation in the analysis, evaluation and optimization of the existing IT structure Participation in the development of knowledge management, cooperation and change management

Graduate degree (Bachelor) - Department of Public Administration, Digital Administration, Communications or Media Sciences, Business Administration or Similar Knowledge in the fields of process and knowledge management Experience in the participation in control and organisational processes and understanding of change management, organisational development and agile working methods High organisational and team skills combined with independent and reliable work Innovation joy and interest in shaping change and transformation processes Strong communication and moderation competence in in interdisciplinary teams; Ability to successfully design and implement common standards.
