As part of our Data Office organization for Germany in Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig or Stuttgart your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our strategic roadmap for the data transformation. You will take on a wide range of tasks: Data Strategy Management: Oversee and implement a data strategy that aligns with EY Germany's objectives and the global data office strategy Platform Ownership: Act as the Product Owner for the data product lifecycle management platform (D.A.T.A.), managing its roadmap, implementation, success and metrics while ensuring user-centric design Team Leadership: Lead data science and teams, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration, and leading the development of advanced analytics and machine learning models Data Governance and Architecture: Enforce data governance policies and design enterprise data architecture to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with global standards Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the liaison between the EY Germany Data Office and other departments, promoting data literacy and a data-driven culture aligned with global initiatives

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in data management as well as experience in a leadership role Experience in building data solutions on a scalable cloud infrastructure, strong understanding of data mesh principles and experience in implementing data mesh architectures as well as expertise in data governance, data architecture, and data quality management Excellent bilingual (English and German) communication skills as well as stakeholder management skills
