Poli Reil is a complete provider of outpatient services as a polyclinic. It employs about 85 employees in 14 disciplines. With an average of 80,000 treated patients a year, the Poli Reil is the largest outpatient service provider in Saxony-Anhalt.

To strengthen our practice for general medicine we are looking for you on 1. March 2026 as Medical Assistant (m/w/d) in full or part-time (min. 35 hours per week).

Your duties

• Organization of practice processes
• general administrative activities such as appointments, telephone service, file management and patient administration
• Support in the care and case management of our patients (laborator, functional diagnostics etc.)
• Accompanying speaking time and support in billing (EBM and GOÄ)
• Contact persons for patients, members and doctors as well as cooperation partners

Your profile (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification

• Team, cooperation and communication skills
• Interest in independent work and joy in dealing with people
• Reliability and organizational skills as well as safe handling of common PC programs

We expect you to support and support the diaconic orientation of our company network. Membership in a Christian church is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
