Senior Marketing Manager for Existing Customers and Account-Based Marketing Remote (m/f/d)

For our team 'Marketing Corporate Learning Solutions'' we are looking for a senior marketing manager for the next possible appointment at the Freiburg location in Breisgau or Germany-wide from the home office:in for existing customers (d/m/w).

In this newly created role, your agile mindset and your strong self-responsibility help you to optimally use the great design playroom.

As part of a dynamic marketing team, you are constantly driving stock customer marketing for the B2B business area. You build processes, structures and responsibilities and optimize them You are responsible for the planning, development, implementation and reporting of existing customer campaigns (up- & cross-selling campaigns as well as customer retention measures). You are in constant exchange with colleagues from the respective product and sales teams You agree internally with the product marketing managers: inside as well as with the marketing automation team: inside to use synergies and reach the right target group at any time Through quantitative and qualitative analyses of existing customer data, you will find leverage to improve the individual needs of customers at every touchpoint of the customer lifecycle For your campaigns, you will use the possibilities of the platform Pega, segment target groups and perform address selections

You’ve collected at least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing with a focus on existing customer marketing and brings sound knowledge about marketing automation and analysis tools, preferably Pega and Salesforce You’ll get back to extensive experience in the Based Marketing account and have already worked closely with sales teams You are familiar with the development and implementation of up- & cross-selling and customer retention campaigns (including customer events) and have successfully implemented personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns You have analytical skills to interpret data and derive action recommendations You draw your attention through a strategic, conceptual and targeted approach Teamability, solution orientation and a high degree of self-initiative in a rapidly evolving working environment are part of your DNA German language skills (at least level C1) complete your profile
