Establishing a requirement process for data excellence to coordinate DX requirements (data management, data governance and data services) from the offices and departments of the entire city administration. Preparing and bringing out overarching decisions for the excellent handling of city data. Progress monitoring of the data excellence of the city of Freiburg by collecting corresponding key figures and providing regular reports to the management board.

You have one of the following qualifications: the career capability for the uplifted non-technical administration service, and for you the promotion requirements are already in place in the higher service or the rise to the higher service has already taken place; or Occupational experience in two different areas of the senior management service of at least one year each and one in at least A12 LBesO or A11 LBesO + Master's degree a completed scientific university degree with multiannual professional experience and have training/certifications or similar qualifications in the context of data management, data governance, data excellence and data service; or a completed scientific study of MINT degree programs with professional experience in data management and data governance.
