For our customers, a supplier of woodwork from Coesfeld, we are looking for a Business Assistant (m/w/d). Testing & setting in full time at 38.5 hours is required. You take over the complete booking and organization of travel for the management as well as for the assembly teams

You carefully prepare wage and balance sheet accounting and function as a reliable link to our customer's tax office

You actively engage our customers in personnel development and recruiting to further strengthen the team

The organization and implementation of business meetings, staff meetings and training is in your hands

You monitor and coordinate the entire contract for the fleet or the energy supply and take care of the general ordering from the material to the forwardings

You have successfully completed a completed training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification

You bring sound business knowledge and analytical skills for everyday work

A healthy enforcement capability as well as an independent and structured way of working distinguish you

You score with good communication skills, strong team skills and strong organisation skills
