You are burning for innovation and digital transformation – we too! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and corporate-wide projects. We don't let IT do, we do IT ourselves. As one of the core projects, we want to develop an internal chatbot that supports employees in their daily work. Be part of our team in one of the most beautiful sectors in the world with your know-how and be responsible for the following tasks: Project & Portfolio Management: Construction, maintenance and prioritization of the AI-Use-Case portfolio in close coordination with the departments and IT. Use Case Development & Implementation: Independent identification, conception and implementation of AI and digitalization use cases; Planning and carrying out interviews, workshops and tests together with the departments. AI Enablement & Community Building: Conception and implementation of communication and change measures to promote acceptance, knowledge and enthusiasm for AI in the company; Structure and support of the AI community. Training & skills: organisation and implementation of training, training and workshops on generative AI and their application in the company context. Methodology & scaling: Development of templates, playbooks and Lessons Learned to make future AI initiatives more efficient and scalable. Governance & Leitplanken: Participation in the development and implementation of AI governance structures (e.g. data protection, IT security, ethics guidelines) and ensuring compliance along all projects. Innovation & Implementation: Active participation in the development of a company-wide AI chatbot and testing of new tools, technologies and prototypes.

Project management competence: Multiannual experience in project management – ideally in interdisciplinary and agile teams, with safe handling in complex transformation or digital projects. AI expertise: Funded knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence, especially in dealing with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generic AI (e.g. OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.). Industry experience: Ideally experience in a retail, retail or fashion company, combined with a good understanding of the dynamics and processes of these industries. Change & Communication: First experience in change management as well as high communicative competence and didactic skills – you can easily and practically convey complex topics. Hands-on-Mentality: pragmatic, solution-oriented mode of operation, pronounced implementation strength and joy in transferring ideas into tangible results. Technical understanding: Good technical know-how about data, models and tools as well as first experience in building AI applications or chatbots.
