As an assembly assistant (m/w/d), you are an important part of the production process and make a decisive contribution to the quality of the final product with your careful operation. In the production hall you take interesting and diverse tasks, including fitting glass strips, cutting and drawing in rubber material as well as bonding felt. Technical understanding and a preference for detailed work are your strengths.

• You accurately align glass strips and pay attention to perfect processing.
• Rubber is tailored and processed by you.
• The adhesive of felt is also your responsibility.
• You work closely in the team and support different production steps.
• With your own initiative and commitment, you contribute to a smooth production process.

We are looking for

In order to work successfully as an installation helper (m/w/d), no special prior knowledge is necessary – a thorough installation ensures that you are perfectly prepared. With your craftsmanship talent and the willingness to carry out practical tasks, you fit perfectly into the team.

• First experience in the artisanal environment or production is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary.
• You have a quick understanding and technical understanding.
• Physical resilience and pleasure in practical work characterize you.
• Team skills and communication strength are your strengths.
• Reliability, care and a look for details complete your profile.
