As an IT project manager, you control challenging transformation and digitization projects - from planning to coordination to successful implementation. You work at the interface of departments, IT, service providers and management. For transparency, commitment and orientation in projects where many participants, dependencies and decisions come together. Your field of application includes projects in the public sector as well as in the private sector. As a result, you work in different organizational structures and tax projects with high technical, technical and organizational complexity.

You make complex projects controllable, transparent and result-oriented. You keep time, quality, risks and goals in balance. You bring stakeholders to a common line, make dependencies visible and make decisions made, address obstacles and deliver results. This is not about pure delivery routines, but about effect: projects that are clearly managed, teams that have orientation, and transformations that actually progress.

What should you bring? You also keep an overview in complex project situations. You can set priorities, manage dependencies and align teams as well as stakeholders with binding goals. You communicate clearly, structured and address-oriented - from the operative team to management. You combine methodological strength with pragmatism and advance projects even if framework conditions are not perfect. Your claim: Take responsibility - and make visible results from complex projects.

Your profile Multiannual experience in IT project management, consulting or in a comparable role Experience in digitalization, IT or transformation projects Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Classical project management / governance Agile or hybrid control models Stakeholder, Risk and Escalation Management Knowledge of methods such as Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI or comparable approaches Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, Confluence or comparable solutions Ideally experience in public sector or complex project environments Very good knowledge of German; English knowledge is advantageous

Planning and control of IT, digitalization and transformation projects Responsibility for progress, quality, risks, dependencies and results Coordination of teams, departments, IT, service providers and stakeholders Creation of project plans, status reports and management presentations Presentation of workshops, project dates and control bodies Management of risks, escalations, decisions and implementation packages

You take responsibility for projects with visible results: professionally relevant, organizationally demanding and close to key stakeholders. You work in transformation projects where project management means more than time tracking: control, orientation, communication and consistent implementation. You can expect projects in the public and private sector, direct exchange with decision-makers and design playroom instead of pure delivery role.
