These are your tasks:

• Collecting offers and performing price comparisons
• Implementation and monitoring of the process from demand requirement to Incoming goods
• Edit order confirmations
• Ensuring the dunning of delivery dates and Order confirmations
• clarification of invoice or delivery declarations
• Processing of deficiencies, complaints and Repair orders
• Support and coordination with the Strategic Procurement
• correspondence with domestic and foreign suppliers or Contact persons

This distinguishes you:

Vocational training

• commercial training (min. vocational training)

Professional experience

• Professional experience in purchasing desirable

IT

• MS-Office (min. detailed knowledge)
• User knowledge in ERP system (e.g. SAP MM)

Language skills

• German (mind. verhandlungssicherheit C1)
• English (min. verhandlungssicherheit C1)
