As a Junior Account Manager, you distribute IT-Solutions (m/w/d) individually tailored, consulting-intensive fixed network, software and telephone systems services from individual product components and complex solutions to business customers in stock as well as to new customers (acquisition) in support of an experienced data account manager. You will take over your own sales area within 11 to 15 months as a data account manager or as an account manager in customer sales. analyse a partial sales area (10-20 accounts), acquire new customer potential and qualify customer contacts of a DAM area; you tap the existing customer potential and reduce the Churn rate. You carry out comprehensive and holistic needs analyses. You support the execution of appointments, sales visits, offerings, tracking, contract conclusion, evaluation of success or failure, customer support after completion and customer recovery. You support the project management in the switch-on phase of customer projects in customer communication.
