Person responsible for the private banking services offered by the DZ PRIVATBANK for the supervised primary banks at all hierarchical levels of the VRB: support from a single source (presidents, head of private banking / corporate customers, consultants) Quantitative and qualitative planning for VR and DZ-Private Banking (i.e. measures for joint market management), including their implementation Controlling and controlling quantitative management tasks (planning workshops, strategy and quarterly discussions at the board level for the target-actual balance and measure assessment) VR-PrivateBanking / Stockwork in the VRB Depot B: Training and support of the B2C consultants of the cooperative banks to enable independent sales of DZ PRIVATBANK product solutions Joint Sales / Fresh Money: Target customer selection of wealthy customers (e.g. corporate customers with the inclusion of the DZ PRIVATBANK Wealth Manager in the consultation to use our individual services that the VB itself does not provide) Coordination of cooperation within the entire cooperative organisation, including identification of synergies and market management potential

You have successfully completed an economic studies and/or a bank training You bring several years of experience in B2C/B2B sales in financial services with You have a strong performance competence and place great emphasis on underlining liabilities and sustainability Dedication, commitment and sense of responsibility You have a potential for challenges, constructive solutions and development contributions and have a strong enforcement capability Experiences regarding the definition, optimization and implementation of processes within the private banking business are advantageous Experience as a leadership and as a coach is desirable Extensive analytical skills as well as a quick understanding You are familiar with the common MS Office applications. You control the German language fluent (C2), each further language knowledge is advantageous
