Operational contact for the BP for all services in its area of responsibility Planning, coordination and control of operational performance (technical and infrastructural object management) for objects in the area of responsibility supplier assessment and complaint management; Information and advice of users Recording and updating of technical and infrastructural master data on site and handover to master data team Object visits including Documentation, warranty and enforcement of warranty claims environmental and energy management (recovery of data and initial evaluation; deriving and implementing measures with expert team) Ensuring timely settlement for all responsibilities ensuring the cost allocation and flawability of the services in line with the costs; Creating provided reports in the sense of validation, summary, action derivation Ensuring all testing and documentation tasks of the property, control operating conditions Project support and implementation of special tasks taking into account the framework conditions (project size, technical requirements etc.) Independent processing of findings by experts on site to ensure the correct object condition in coordination with the key account/customer Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, standards and guidelines in the area of responsibility

Completed business or technical (FH) degree or professional training with multi-year relevant professional experience or many years of relevant professional experience Knowledge and experience in facility management and real estate management Very good knowledge of SAP/R3 and standard software Negotiating competence, reliability and accuracy Customer and service orientation Safe, binding occurrence driving licence class B
