You will be part of the End User Computing (EUC) team in the field of IT operations at the Neu-Isenburg site. The team is responsible for the stable operation and the continuous development of the central workplace IT and thus forms an essential interface between IT, departments and external IT service providers. The team's responsibilities include operating IT helpdesk, onsite and VIP support, client and hardware operations, and user and authorization management. In addition, the team controls the incident and problem management, the patch and upgrade management of the client infrastructure and the support of video conferencing and communication solutions. Another focus is the central provider and SLA management incl. Supplier control, service reviews, KPI tracking and support for license and contract management. In your role as Senior Workplace IT Specialist*, you are responsible for the stable and secure operation of Workplace IT, design their structural development and act as a technical escalation entity in the EUC environment.

Interface function with control responsibility: You act between IT operations, internal departments and external service providers and assume responsibility for service quality, compliance with SLAs and continuous improvement of services Connection of operation and technical development: In addition to the operating daily business, you actively contribute to modernization, migration and optimization initiatives That would be your specific tasks Responsibility for the stable operation and technical integrity of Workplace IT with a focus on client infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Citrix environments and video conferencing and telephony solutions Further development of the workplace landscape - from the target image design to the selection of suitable technologies and solution patterns to the transfer to the control operation, including processes, operating models and the application and client landscape Close cooperation with the fields of IT security and compliance to implement zero-trust principles, endpoint reinforcement and regulatory requirements (including DORA, BaFin) Active involvement of security and compliance concepts in the EUC environment, from conditional access and identity protection through device compliance and patch strategies to data protection and audit requirements Technical escalation instance for complex incidents, service requests and problems as well as control of the processing according to defined KPIs, SLAs and OLAs Creation and maintenance of conceptual and operational documentation

Completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable completed vocational training with IT Experience gained with the construction and operation of Workplace‐IT Experience: Methods & working methods Analysis and sustainable improvement of complex disorders, in modern workplace environments Structured processing, control and escalation of incidents and service requests in SLA-controlled IT operating models Cooperation with internal IT units and technical control of external IT service providers
