Process Expert Auto & Home Sector Proportionate Home Office (m/f/d)

As part of the Auto & Home area at the location in Munich or Rostock, you are the first contact person to develop processes and products in the assistance world, with the aim of optimizing the quality and efficiency in this area. You also act as an interface to other departments, such as sales, IT, business excellence or accounting.

Your tasks are:

You are responsible for and coordinating processes and topics within the field of travel insurance and healthcare You are responsible for the operational support of our large customers, in this context, you process alerts and accompany the associated product launches In cooperation with our sales you work on a continuous optimization of our processes and products in insurance and/or Assistance You independently write professional work instructions, coordinate and review the implementation and are contact person for questions You deliver operational projects within your department in cooperation with other internal and external bodies, in particular to ensure and increase the quality of the service center. That's what you bring: Completed vocational training or studies in the economic field Experience in project management or Product Management or Product Ownership are ideally given to you You are a communication talent and communicate safely, professionally and directly with internal and external stakeholders In addition to fluent German skills, you bring very good English knowledge in word and writing You draw your attention through a careful, independent, analytical and structured way of working Depending on the professional experience and qualification, this full-time job is 48,000 to 65,000 euros per year.
