CRM Manager / Speaker Sales Control (m/w/d) Your main tasks

• Administration/further development of the CRM/distribution information system
• Implementation of training and provision of support as support for end users
• Recording, evaluation and implementation of sales requirements in close coordination with the relevant developers/IT
• Working in the implementation project, including data migration and coordination of tasks
• Use of Power BI to create/reflect dashboards/reports or Excel for ad-hoc analyses

Your profile

• Vocational training or studies in economics, (economic) computer science or a related area
• Experience in configuration/customizing CRM software, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. JavaScript, VBA), experience with Power BI and sovereign handling with Excel/Power Point
• Quick conception and communication strength
• Self-responsible working style and willingness to learn, as well as pronounced analytical conceptual skills
• Safe for negotiation English
