Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical installations and building technology within the framework of the agreed services Implementation of maintenance, inspection and repair work on technical installations Contact for customers, tenants and users in the property as well as processing of technical requests and complaints Coordination, monitoring and acceptance of local subcontractors Creating and maintaining reports, protocols, work records and technical documentation

Completed electrotechnical training as an electronic, energy plant electronics, electronic energy and building technology, electrical installer, electronic operating technology, electricians or industrial electricians At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in facility management, technical building management or industrial maintenance Impressed quality awareness as well as service and customer-oriented work Structured and reliable operation with a high degree of self-responsibility German knowledge of level B2 and driving licence class B
