Examination of construction measures in civil and civil engineering (planning, tendering, awarding, construction design, construction maintenance) Audits for planning, review and advisory services Consultation and support of the various departments before and during the implementation of the construction measures

(m/w/d) (FH), Bachelor or Master in the field of Civil Engineering or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in the planning, implementation and settlement of construction measures (performance phase 1–9 of HOAI) Knowledge of contract and contract law, fee law and price calculation A clear style of writing to formulate the audit reports High communication and conflictability, knowledge of communication techniques Insufficient computer skills Self-employment, enforcement, persuasion and negotiation skills
