• performing welding work on small components and assemblies with high quality standards.
• preparation of workpieces, alignment of parts and careful assembly of components.
• Control the seams, connections and measurements to ensure that the required quality is reliably maintained.
• Support for small part assembly when precise and clean working steps are required.
• Work according to specifications, drawings or work instructions in order to implement the processes safely and easily.
• Careful handling of materials, tools and tools in daily use.
• Contribution to a smooth production process through concentrated and reliable work.

We are looking for

A reliable profile with first experience in welding or with craftsmanship is sought, which is surely incorporated into a practical task. Care, technical understanding and a clean working style are important.

• First experience in welding or in a comparable artisanal activity is advantageous.
• Good understanding of precise assembly and production processes.
• willingness to work in new work steps and implement instructions safely.
• Careful and concentrated operation, especially for small components.
• Reliability and sense of responsibility in the daily process.
• Working time: as part of the operational requirements.
• Shift models: after deployment planning in the respective work area.
