You are responsible for the property management of a challenging & unique real estate portfolio You are central: contact person:in for our tenants:inside, external service providers and authorities You co-ordinate tendering, selection, commissioning & controlling infrastructural service providers You order & tax maintenance and minor maintenance and repair measures You organize regular object visits with reporting You take insurance damage and deficiencies, as well as rent increase and cost optimization You implement predefined usage and management concepts You structure, care & control tenant and object data together with accounting

Commercial and/or property-specific training or comparable training Embossed technical interest and commercial understanding High service and service orientation Self-responsible, flexible, independent and structured mode of operation and communication skills Secure appearance and team skills Good MS Office knowledge Experience in the maintenance of real estate ERP systems desirable
