The following tasks await you: Planning, implementation and maintenance of heterogeneous system landscapes of our customers (on-prem, cloud) Support for 1st and 2nd level support cases Support our customer projects in implementing their planned automation strategy in the IT operation environment
You have several years of experience in dealing with IT environments (Linux and Windows Server) as well as knowledge in IT operations and related service processes You are safe in dealing with relational databases With modern development processes such as CI/CD you have worked ideally You could already gain experience with terraform, ansible or comparable script-based configuration tools You are open and enthusiastic for container technologies like e.g. Docker and Kubernetes and ideally brings the first experience You are passionate about cloud technologies (such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure) and are motivated to further expand your knowledge in this area For you a continuous exchange of knowledge and teamwork is essential With your communication strength in German and English, you are able to understand and explain complex facts
