We support medium-sized and high-growth companies in the occupation of specialist and leadership positions in Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and adjacent Finance functions. You are not only looking at us, but you are a valuable team member in our consulting projects from the outset. In the individual projects you support the relevant consultants in different process steps and are therefore close to the business. Gradually, you take your own tasks and take them on an increasingly independent basis – whether in job advertisements, candidate dossiers or in the administrative area We contact potential candidates we want to win for our customers through different channels – here you play a very active role In research, i.e. looking for matching profiles via LinkedIn, XING and our modern tool, you support the relevant consultants Part of the game: You care and update candidate and customer profiles, document recruiting activities and make sure our processes run clean

You are currently taking up your business studies and are interested in finance, consulting, recruiting or just how companies find the right people for important positions You like to laugh and much – by your positive way, you’ll join in with each other You're thinking of putting value on high quality in your work and drawing yourself through a certain way of working Communication makes you fun, and that also benefits from contact with candidates and customers
