To strengthen our interdisciplinary marketing and e-commerce team, we will now look for you in full time at our Essen site as: SEA Manager (m/d)

Responsibility for planning, controlling and optimising our Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display) with a focus on our online shops (e.g. promostore.de, .nl and .at)

Care, optimization and further development of our Google-Merchant-Center feeds as well as ensuring smooth product data processes

Control and development of Bing Ads campaigns and additional performance channels

Monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of campaign performance (ROI, CPC, ROAS etc.)

Close cooperation with agencies, content management and our data team to optimally match product data, landing pages and advertisements

Budget control, forecasting and reporting based on data-driven decisions

Identification of new growth and optimization potentials

Working with interdisciplinary marketing and e-commerce projects such as shop relaunches

Successfully completed studies or training in marketing, e-commerce, communication, digital media or a comparable qualification

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in SEA/Performance Marketing, ideally in e-commerce environments with large assortments

Very good knowledge of Google Ads and Google Merchant Center; Experience with Bing Ads

Experience with campaign tracking, web analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager) and ideally knowledge of data feed management tools

Structured, analytical and targeted working methods

Organizational talent, team skills and enthusiasm for digital trends

Knowledge of HTML, CSS or script languages of advantage
