• Professional leadership of employees, including monitoring of work processes

• Ensuring the timely processing of all exit traffic of the branch including Data acquisition and collection of the forwarding shipments

• Compliance with statutory and internal guidelines with regard to the departure times of system and demand traffic and ensuring customer-oriented, high quality standards

• Correct creation of shipping letters, loading lists and the associated annexes and ensuring their complete and correct archiving including shipping documents

• Successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or another commercial training with relevant further training or a study in the field of logistics or transport

• Reliable professional experience in a comparable position and experience in employee management is desirable

• Ideally knowledge of a stockpedition in the output / export as well as the legal regulations (ADSp, HGB, driving time controls etc.)

• Safe handling of current MS Office applications

• Communication strength, reliability and careful working and strong sense of responsibility
