Here you make the difference – your tasks coordinate participation. You are responsible for the location-related accompaniment of children and adolescents with support needs at regular and support schools – with an overview, educational understanding and organisational strength. Develop individual solutions. Together with families, schools, cost-benefits and participation assists, you develop tailor-made support settings – tailored to the needs of each individual child. Building networks. As a reliable contact person for parents, schools and youth and social helpers, you bring different perspectives professionally together – with empathy, clarity and consulting skills. Strengthen teams. You co-ordinate school support and participation assists, plan your bets, participate in staff selection and create structures where people can do good work.

This brings you – your profile • Study of social work, social education, medical education, or comparable qualification (including educational training with experience) • experience in working with children, adolescents or families – ideally for inclusion or integration • knowledge of SGB VIII and SGB IX as well as in the Hessian school system • Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation combined with communication strength and moderation skills • Enthusiasm for inclusive education and social participation
