Ensure that all customs, export, and wararm control processes are handled legally. In this key position, you take responsibility for compliance with legal regulations and, through your expertise in these areas, act as an advisor and contact person for internal departments, management, authorities and external partners. Your tasks: Responsible for ensuring internal and cross-site compliance with the rules of export control law (DE/EU/US), the KrWaffKontrG and the Customs Code clarification, consultation and evaluation of approval behaviour in relation to export control Responsible for approval management, including application, administration, time tracking, modification, extension and maintenance of approvals and other communications Responsible for the assessment, release and documentation of all transactions relating to export control law (DE/EU/US), the KrWaffKontrG and the customs cooperation and ensuring communication with all internal and external bodies involved in the approval process, including the relevant approval authorities (e.g. BAFA, BMWE, BMVg etc.) Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of administrative checks (e.g. external audits) Conducting the War Weapons Book and Monitoring the Conduct of Stocks and Detection and the Proper Storage of War Weapons Monitoring of export control-relevant legislation on topicality and, where appropriate, Implementation of amended specifications Further development and continuous optimization of existing processes, including the creation of guidelines and instructions for action Conception and implementation of target group-oriented training and other awareness-raising measures Account Manager (m/w/d)

Completed studies in the field of external trade or customs law or comparable Insufficient expertise in the field of national and international export regulations, including military control and customs law Long-standing experience in the field of Wehrtechnik and good product knowledge English knowledge in word and writing) Target-oriented and independent working and enforcement Negotiation and communication skills
