Own-responsible fee billing with SAP HCM for a defined billing circuit Ensuring proper inputs in the time economy Installation of new layer systems in SAP Technical control of the time management systems incl. Analysis and error processing Capture accounting-relevant master data and booking documents Preparation and implementation of monthly and annual accounts in close cooperation with controlling and accounting, as well as preparation of evaluations and reports Processing and administration of all electronic procedures (e.g. eAU, EEL, DaBPV, Elstam) Active participation of HR projects around digitization, process optimization and system migration

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Professional experience in a comparable activity with independent implementation of the pay bill, ideally in a collectively established company Ideally knowledge of the time management of a full-conti operation Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Very good SAP HCM knowledge Team spirit paired with a structured, terminological and careful way of working

Full-time or part-time: Enjoy a part-time job from 30 hours or full-time job with 38 hours a week and 30 days of annual leave for a 5-day week
