Leading and mentoring a team of senior managers and assigned staff, fostering collab­oration and communication, and development Defining objectives vision, scope, objectives, and milestones, and aligning them with the overall engineering and business strategy Overseeing the alloca­tion and management of resources (budgets, staff, etc.) for various projects and tasks Identi­fying and execut­ing opportunities to improve engin­eering methodologies, tools, and processes Tracking performance, analyzing metrics, and providing correcting actions and regular updates to stakeholders

Ability to lead, motivate, and develop medium to large teams Experience with various cabin and interior engineering areas and principles Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and effectively resolve complex issues Understanding of financial principles and ability to manage project budgets Ability to effect-ively communi-cate with stakeholders on all levels
