Information Architect in the SWR Data Board in the Corporate Applications Department (m/f/d)

You control and coordinate the implementation and further development of the data strategy in the SWR and ensure smooth communication across management boundaries You support the networking of the ARD data structures and tune them with the ARD data strategy while actively shaping the change process You initiate projects for the digitization and automation of processes, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) You organize and moderate the sessions of the SWR data board, including preparation, target definition and progress monitoring You continuously optimize the processes and procedures of the SWR data board and ensure compliance You keep an overview of business processes, data flows and interfaces and use this knowledge for data-driven decisions You advise internal and external system/software architects as well as developers, support collaborative exchange and support in implementing the data strategy

You have a degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable qualification and already brings relevant professional experience with You have knowledge of software architecture design, data modeling and communication patterns. You also have experience in optimizing complex data structures You have proven expertise in project, process and request management, ideally also in interdisciplinary teams You bring experience in the digitization and automation of processes - ideally using AI technologies and automation tools You work independently, structured and solution-oriented. You will be drawing from proactive and clear communication Your knowledge of German is on C2 level, and you are safe in presentations and in negotiations. At the same time, you go constructively with conflicts You are passionate about advising and supporting colleagues and have an affinity for data-driven approaches and innovations
