We are looking for supply chain management in the field of semiconductor manufacturing equipment ''Sourcing Manager (m/w/x)'' at the location Jena:

Implementation of sourcing requirements as well as support for the corresponding interfaces in order to safeguard requirements for both short and medium term with suppliers

Support for strategic orientation at supplier level

Design of Category Strategy

Implementation of market analyses and identification of new providers and technological trends

Ensuring the legally compliant commissioning of service providers

Development and implementation of general or project-specific supplier development measures

Building and maintenance of long-term, strategic supplier relationships and associated supplier management

Control and optimisation of procurement processes in compliance with budget requirements

a successfully completed study in the fields of economics or engineering or a commercial-technical training with adequate additional training

many years of professional experience in supply chain management, ideally in purchasing development-intensive components, assemblies, modules or systems

relevant certificates and training in the area of purchasing, legal knowledge of service/work contracts and employee registration

high affinity for key figures as well as a pronounced, analytical thinking capacity and structured procedure

strong communication and organisational capabilities as well as excellent and proven negotiating skills

very good IT skills, especially in MS Office and SAP

well-founded experience in contract negotiation, price negotiation, supplier evaluation and selection

knowledge of German and English in word and writing

readiness for missions (national and international)
