Respond to the dealership & Compliance and carry out KYC checks, legitimations as well as document checks and establish a regular system incl. System connection safe. Safe governance & process quality through uniform standards, well-maintained documentation as well as monitoring audits and quality audits. Manage commission and bonus models, maintain and document existing agreements and participate in new models. Tax partner agreements, manage, version and follow partner and dealer agreements. Create reporting and secure data quality by consulting relevant reports and ensuring high data quality. Support partner classification and participate in classification based on volume, DB6, ticket mix and process behavior. Coordinate interfaces and work closely with external services, market success, risk, compliance and IT.

You have a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded experience in process management – ideally in the leasing or financial services industry. You have a good understanding of governance structures and regulatory requirements. You know about leasing processes as well as processes of sales financing. You have ideally experience dealing with commission and bonus models. You work analytically, structured and with high accuracy. You can communicate confidently and work with different interfaces.
