Your tasks:

• Order planning: You coordinate order planning taking into account customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Fleet disposition: For the optimal deployment planning of our fleet, you keep an overview of vehicle capacities and routes.
• Process preparation: You prepare transport orders, take care of the necessary documents and ensure smooth handling.
• Communication: You are in close contact with our drivers, customers and suppliers, especially in Polish, Russian or Lithuanian languages.

Your profile:

• A completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics, of advantage (admission possible)
• Very good language skills in Polish, Russian or Lithuanian
• Good knowledge of German and / or English
• Experience in MRP of advantage
• Team skills, communication strength and organizational skills
