Senior Consultant (m/w/d) with a weekly working time of [for phone number see the original ad] hours per 5 days per week. Core working time of 12:30-16:00 Your tasks • You accompany preschool children in the course of afternoon care and in their development during preschool periods. • You shape the reconciliation of preschool children into afternoon care and prepare them for school admission. • You are responsible for the design of exciting educational offers. • With joy and creativity you contribute to the development of a varied holiday program for the children. • You work confidently with your colleagues in the team, with teachers, parents and other professionals and develop the pedagogical work together. • You participate in meetings, team meetings and working groups in a dedicated and ideological manner and enrich the conceptual work at our site with your ideas.

You • is a personality with heart and mind. • has a recognised pedagogical training or brings the necessary qualification for cross-entry. • have an appreciation, open and prejudice-free attitude towards children. • are open to the needs of the individual child and willing to align your pedagogical action carefully. • have a sense of educational offers that inspire children. • are highly communicational and willingly competent part of a multi-professional team. • would like to take responsibility for the future, which is why ecological action has a high priority for you. • at best have experience in preschool work. • the Hamburg educational recommendations as a professionally good basis for the design of everyday pedagogy.
