This is how your day looks at us: • They promote our residents in a self-determined and self-responsible way of life planning and management and accompany them in all areas of everyday life where they need support • As a reference manager*in you create and implement individual help and support plans that include care needs • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our residents • They are committed to promoting effective and equal participation in society • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our residents, work in close cooperation with members, legal advisors and your colleagues who support you in your work
