You guide the field of material secret protection and are responsible for protecting employees, information and property. You evaluate significant safety findings, design safety regulations and develop them further. You will also keep an eye on organisational, technical and structural safety aspects. As a contact person for internal demand providers and external cooperation partners, you represent the work area to the outside. Your ability to address challenges agile is used to continuously optimize work processes and to develop the unit and its staff.

You have German nationality and have a master's degree completed with at least ''good'' in one subjects: civil engineering/engineering, electrical engineering/electronics or Courses: Master of Public Administration, Law for Public Administration We also expect: multiannual professional experience as leadership (referat management or comparable leadership responsibility over at least five employees) knowledge of security or the willingness to acquire it in a short time very good written and oral expressiveness independent working and self-initiative pronounced communication capability Enforcement and negotiating skills Gender and diversity competence readiness to travel within the framework of the need for service
