IT Application Manager - Application Support / IT Architecture (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the entire life cycle of our applications and ensure a stable, safe and performant operation. You always keep in mind costs, quality and technical development You advise internal clients on all questions about our applications and together with them shape solutions along their requirements. In close coordination with IT architect:inside, project teams and specialist departments, you coordinate interfaces and ensure smooth cooperation You tax external service providers and monitor their services in terms of quality, costs and appointments. You make sure that agreed standards are reliably adhered to and continually improved You actively promote the strategic development of our application landscape and identify optimization and automation potentials. With your technical understanding and innovative strength, you develop sustainable solutions and develop our IT strategy

You have a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent training with relevant professional experience You bring at least three years of professional experience in a comparable IT environment and ideally have a certification, for example in ITIL v4 or in project management You have knowledge in IT architecture and integration concepts and have experience in managing external service providers and in contract management You have basic knowledge of automation and digitization tools and the ability to use them safely in everyday work You'll be safe and communicate clearly and convincingly You are service-oriented, have a strong customer focus and think analytic and strategic. You effectively organize and coordinate tasks You trade proactively, introduce new ideas and actively promote improvements You speak fluent German and have good English skills in word and writing
