Join us. At QIAGEN, you make a difference every day. Your Tasks We are looking for a proactive IT Asset Manager to join our team at our site in Hilden (near Düsseldorf). As an IT Asset Manager, you will contribute to developing and mantaining a comprehensive ITAM (IT Asset Management) strategy as part of a collaborative team. Your role will focus on IT supporting initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and ensure compliance Your main Responsibilities will be: • Implementation Support: Assist in implementing IT Asset Management practices using the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with team objectives and organizational needs. • Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including acquisition, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and retirement. • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software assets, promptly resolving discrepancies. • Vendor & Procurement Management: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to facilitate cost- procurement and contract management for IT assets. • Compliance: Ensure IT compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile • You bring a degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • You have solid experience in IT Asset Management, especially in lifecycle management and inventory control. • You bring hands-on experience with ServiceNow (e.g. HAM, SAM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog) or similar ITSM platforms. • You have a good understanding of the ITIL framework and how to apply it in IT Asset Management. • You bring knowledge of IT procurement and vendor management, and ideally hold a relevant certification search as CITAM. • You have fluent German language skills and strong English communication abilities. • You're excited to join a DAX-listed global company, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
