Loan Processor - Non-Performing Loans / Front Office (m/f/d)

You accompany and control the entire process of complex engagements in the holistic care of problem and default loans taking into account the economic situation of debtors You evaluate and evaluate credit collateral in a structured and timely manner in demanding problem credits, control downtime guarantees, liability exemptions and backlogs and always ensure compliance with regulatory requirements You accompany insolvency proceedings, take part in the Board of Trustees and carry out compulsory auctioning and forced management procedures – in close cooperation with insolvency administrators, courts, lawyers and trustees You represent our company sovereignly in creditor meetings, committees, forced auction procedures as well as in consortial and banking pools, thereby specifically setting up your communication strength You are responsible for the maintenance and quality assurance of failure, loss and security data with your attention to detail and ensure complete, transparent and audit-proof documentation of all settlement cases You identify optimization potentials in settlement and recovery processes, bring their own ideas into sustainable credit processing and thus make an active contribution to the risk mitigation of our company

You bring a study in the field of economic law/legal sciences or a bank-based training with comprehensive experience and legal knowledge in problem credit processing with You have multi-year professional experience in credit processing You have sound knowledge of the compliance regulations of a bank You have solid knowledge in the core banking system agree21 and in Microsoft Office You are characterized by loadability, high performance and a solution-oriented, independent and team-oriented working method
